Fully Re-Furbished Hemag Type 190 / 191 Profiling Spindle Moulder fitted with 7 Rotary Spindles, mounted on a circular turret system built in to the machine
Each of the 7 Rotary Spindles have a useable length in height of 180m/m, and will take up to 2 sets of stacked Profiling Tools depending on the Profile depth, giving a possible tool capacity of 14 or more different Profiles without any tool changes.
The standard specification of the Hemag 190/191 7 Rotary Spindle Profiling Spindle Moulder is as follows :
• Table Size : 1300 x 1100m/m.
• 7.5kw. Main Motor fitted with DC Braking.
• All Spindles with a diameter of 30 or 40m/m.
• Each of the 7 Rotary Spindles is 160m/m long, with 2 heavy vertical locking stops for the spindle height settings.
• Max. Tooling Diameter : 188m/m, Min. Tool Diameter : 100m/m.
• The Fully Adjustable Fence has 16 turret stops for the profile depth settings.
• 3 Spindle Speeds of 6,000 / 8,000 and 10,000rpm.
• Special V Belt drive allows automatic changing of the spindle speeds.
• Automatic V belt change when selecting another spindle.
• Fitted with a Hemag Inbuilt 6 Roller Power Feed Unit.
• Fitted with a Front Pull Out Support Bar.
• Fitted with an outfeed end table extension support.
• Main Dust Extraction Outlet : 120m/m dia.
• Floor space: 1300 x 1100 x 1450m/m.
• Nett Weight of the machine : 1200kg.
